About Me

- Chris Sherman
- Lansing, New York, United States
- Hi everyone. My name is Chris Sherman. I am an 18 year old college student, though I'm about to be 19. I am going to major in teaching, but my dream career is to be a music teacher one day. I love being in a school environment and I love being around kids. I love sports! I play all kinds of sports. From top to bottom I like to play Ultimate Frisbee, Football, Basketball, and Soccer. Basically Ultimate Frisbee is just about the best game there ever will be. I'm a very honest person. I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I am funny, generous, outgoing, and sympathetic. Well, that's just about it. That is Chris Sherman

My Birthday!!
Ok, so today is my birthday. I'm 19 years old.. I know you may not think that, but it's true. I don;t know why but everyone I know says I have a baby face and I look like 16 or 17. All I know is that it's wierd being 19 already. Unfortunately, I have to work 9 hours at Friendly's today!!!!!!! That sucks ass. For some reason my GM decided today was the day that I work 9 hours. Anyways, Alixandra is making it better by bringing me to the Narnia midnight showing tonight :) So it's worth it.

New Year's Resolution
For New Year's, my resolution is to concentrate more in school. This year, I ended up not doing a lot of assignments. If I had done those assignments, I would have at least an A, but now I only have a B+. Next semester, I will do better planning out my homework and ACTUALLY doing it. Also, I plan on making sure my dad stays off of cigarettes
This Semester
Wow, this semester is over next week! I can't believe how fast that went by. Overall, I really enjoyed this semester. It wasn't too hard, and I had a lot of fun in all of my classes. I wish I had the same english class next semester, because it was fun being with all of my classmates in that class. Also, I'm pretty sure Ihave good grades in all of my classes too; like B or higher. Im excited to have a month of no school though.
Thankful
For Thanksgiving, I was so thankful. First, I was thankful for still having a cr, since I was in a pile up(not my fault!) on 481 on my way to visit my family for the holidays. I'm also thankful for my health, and that fact that even in this economy, I am able to keep two jobs. They aren't much, but it's more than what a lot of people have. Lastly, I'm thankful to have a great family around me :)
Cell Phones
Cell Phones are addicting. I love my phone so much. I text alot. One month, about a month ago, I had 11,000 text messages!! I know, thats really bad, but I dont text that much anymore. But anyways, I still love my phone. It's like life support. One time, I dropped my phone, and ran it over with a lawn mower. I jumped off the lawn mower, and raced to Verizon in about 5 minutes to get a new phone... Maybe addiction IS a bad thing..
Carbon Footprint
When I took the carbon footprint quiz, I thought it would be resonably low. However, it wasn't. It would take 4.11 earths to sustain a world of just me. That really sucks. I knew I didn't do everything perfect, but I do alot to do my part. I dont know, I do well for the earth, so I'm just gonna keep what I'm doing and be happy

Dallas Cowboys
My whole life I have been a Dallas fan. The Dallas Cowboys are called America's team for a reason. Unfortunately, they aren't doing as well as they should be. There was a time when they were 1-7... But then Wade Philip's was fired! When the new caoch came in, the Cowboys woke up as a team. First, they went and beat the number one team the NY Giants. Then they won their second game in a row. Too bad they couldn't win three in a row. It is a long shot, but the Cowboys can still make it to the playoffs. I hope they do, because i think they are still the best team.
